Project Manager

I am a project manager at J. S. Nice Remodeling.  I have been working here since September of 2018.  Prior to my start here, I worked for a concrete contractor as a foreman, and I was employed there for 14 years. I started that job after I graduated from Pennridge High School.  After doing concrete for that many years, I was ready for something new in my day-to-day work.  I began to learn the remodeling industry, and very quickly realized how much I liked it.  I enjoy the variety of jobs I get to do throughout the course of a day.  Early on, Jeremy and I worked side by side as he taught me how to execute all the different aspects of a remodeling project. As the company grew, I became a project manager and began to teach and lead other carpenters, as we carried out our projects. I continue to learn new things all the time as we always face different tasks and challenges in our work.  I like working together with others to come up with creative solutions to unforeseen issues that we come across.

When I am not working, I love spending time with my family and friends.  I got married to my wife Jillian in 2009 and we have three wonderful children, Kendrick Jr (KJ), Brock, and Paisleigh, and we expect our fourth child in June of 2025.  Our family loves sports and I enjoy coaching my boys in flag football and basketball. My other hobbies include gardening, hunting, and golfing. Our family attends Grace Mennonite Church in Lansdale.  We are very involved in our church's Upward flag football league, and we try to serve in other ways as often as we can. I also like to use my construction skills to serve others when our church goes on service trips to different camps around the country.
