Jeremy Nice
Owner
I am the owner of J.S. Nice Remodeling and openend the buisiness in 2016. Prior to opening the business in June of 2016, I worked for another local remodeling company since I graduated high school in June of 2005. I have truly enjoyed the remodeling industry since I began in it, and I continue to have a passion for it. In the fall of 2023, I fully committed to the move from physical construction on jobsites and managing jobsites to focusing on sales, design, estimating, and managing the growth of the business. While I greatly miss being on jobsites and getting to physically build the projects, I have an increasing appreciation for my new focus. I am blessed and very greatful for the employees that I have who I know I can trust to continue to carry out the on-site work and management with the same level of quality and care. Design and drawing in Chief Architecht software to create floor plans and 3D views for customers is the latest exciting task that I am really enjoying as a new way to “construct” projects. I really take pleasure in an emphasis on the quality of remodeling in the on-site construction, tools, the products being used and installed, and the overall expierience of the remodeling process for the customer.
Outside of work, I married my wife, Alicia, in 2011 and we have been blessed with two girls, Brooke and Ahna. Our family enjoys the two dogs and two cats that we have made part of the family. I enjoy hobbies such as golf, hunting, and remodeling/construction on my own home that was originally built in 1896 in Franconia Township, PA. My wife and I have been remodeling our home since the first weekend we owned it in 2019 and enjoy the dramatic changes that have happened over the years. I also enjoy regularly attending and being invovled at our church, Grace Mennonite Church, in Lansdale, PA. I also have loved getting to use my knowlage and experiece in the construction industry as a part in annual construction service projects with our church such as visiting a variety of christian camps throughout the country and also helping in areas struck by natural disaster.
